Q: Can I maintain my own username, password, IP range(s), and contact(s) via the website?

A: Currently, users can update their username and password information via the "My Profile" option of the Scientific Publishers' website. We are in the process of updating our systems so users may maintain their contact and IP information through our website as well.

Q: Does my username have to be an e-mail address? Is it (or my password) case sensitive? Is punctuation allowed in passwords?

A: A username does not necessarily have to be an email address. Usernames and passwords are case sensitive. If you include punctuation in your password, you will receive an error message. Passwords can only contain alphabetic or numeric characters.
